Switzerland: Day 2 (20-May-2013)

Continue from my last update on my Switzerland's post Day 1. Below are pics that we took in Bern. We simply love the chilly weather we were there in late May. Bern is capital of Switzerland and its the fifth most populous city in Switzerland. What we do not know its that the center of  the historical old town of Bern is a UNESCO historical site since 1983. Bern is also ranked among the world’s top ten cities for the best quality of life  and this day that we happened to be there is a Public Holiday (Saint's Day). A lot of shops were closed  as a result (What a waste..) Hence, decides to post series of photos to introduce Bern  here=D

 See the sea of "Red" behind me? It was Blue Vs. Red Supporters and riot happened on that day too.
Guess what? A joker behind me giving a "Yeah" sign.. haha ..so cheeky man=P
 We love Bata there and it is no ordinary "Buy-And-Throw-Away" Bata shop we have here in Singapore. Love the designs and quality there.. especially the leather wear and shoes =D

 Retail shops that were closed that day and no chance of patronising..What a waste =x

 Love the clear blue skies. Missing that already =D
 Love the wind that comes along =D Feeling Chirpy
 As far as you can see, Bern is actually quite a small cosy town which is very clean too =D
 Me at the fountain.

 The famous Clock Tower where everyone gathers when clock strikes Twelve=D

Peng's happy too =D This is one of her must-go in this Switzerland itinerary, great choice gal=D
 Some Pubs found in underground. This underground concept is good=D

Ending post with the Sea of "Blue" In the midst of riot.
Stay tuned for more updates to our stay-over at Murren, Switzerland =D
Ciao =D
