Time for some Pampering Treats=D

Oh well, its time for some girly stuff.. Having to work hectically, all of us seriously need some pampering sessions for ourselves. Sis bought a groupon voucher from Passionate Nails and there we go to The Arcade. What's fascinating is that this shop has a good Osim massage chair. While our hands get painted, we enjoyed the leg massage from the chair. haha.. overall its a nice experience.
After the mani/pedi session, we go for our monthly facial. Since this is my birthday month, our facial lady gave me an intensive eye treatment=D

Our Nails-Painting session =D

Later part of the day after our facial, we went to meet our childhood friend, X =D
Being the hungry me, I need to eat something delectable to satisfy my hunger. After all, I only had half a bowl of instant mee in the morning and some cookies at facial lady's place =P

Hence, we headed down to the new wing at Suntec for an impromptu dinner at Sushi Goshin by Akashi.
Shall let the pics do all the talking =P

iPad for ordering food which also serves as a menu.

Sis' Salmon Teriyaki set @ $19

Better view of the grilled Salmon set

The greedy me had Nigiri Soba set =D This is yums. I  give 4.5/5 stars
$20

Another view of  my Nigiri set meal.. See the quail egg at the bottom right hand corner of the pic? That's to crack it & add into the soba sauce. So that your nice cold soba when dipped into the sauce has a nice "eggy" taste. I love putting some wasabi in the sauce along with the thinly sliced spring onion
X's Tempura Tenzaru set: $18 => Though I did not taste any of the tempura but looking at the satisfied look from her face.. this should not be too bad =P
Ending the dinner post with our picture with our food =D
After  our diner, the trio went for a walk around the new mall. The gals bought some clothings from uniqlo and we roamed around before we have tummy space for our coffee. X recommended coffee at Robert Tims which already got us thrilled. All the shopping done and we went back Robert Tims but disappointedly, the shop assistant told us they will close at 10pm. We were only left with 30 mins before their closing time. Viewing the cake selection at Robert's, we decided to take away one Lemon Lamington cake and headed to Starbucks to continue chatting and chilling over our coffee dose=D Below is a picture of the cake. Shh.. ate in Starbucks but cake from Robert's.. hee=P

Lemon Lamington from Robert's =P

Doesn't this look yummy? The grated coconut that is coated outside the cake.. makes it look like the tapocia cake that we usually ate at home=P

So, at Starbucks.. X mentioned this was a French pastry..however, I did mention, French dun use coconut.. something that's very tropical to us.. So after we were back home, I did a wiki search and amazingly this is a Australian's pastry
Being the lazy me.. do check on this LINK for the history & recipe for the Lamington cake=D
 Enjoyzz =D
